Cancellations
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we kindly ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
No Show
As we understand things can happen in an emergency and you are unable to make your appointment, we do ask you kindly let us know prior to the appointment so we can make alternative arrangements and not spend time chasing you.
If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice, you may be charged 30% of your booking using the card you submitted to confirm the booking.
Refunds
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refund for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as hair brushes hair combs cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Service Re-Do
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, we kindly ask you to speak with a member of the salon to discuss your concerns within 48 hours so we can discuss them directly. Upon discussion we will try our best to come to a solution.
